Job Description

Seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of internal business applications and service operations systems. You will be instrumental in managing vendor relationships, driving product strategy, administering systems, and enabling operations across multiple departments. This role is ideal for a product manager with a strong technical background, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for solving business challenges through innovative and scalable solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Product Management
    • Partner with external vendors to support multi-tenant service operations platform and client portal
    • Define product roadmaps, epics, features, and user stories based on stakeholder input and business needs
    • Write and refine acceptance criteria, and break down larger initiatives into incremental releases
    • Constantly on the lookout for opportunities to optimize the current product portfolio
  • Business Application Ownership
    • Administer, configure, and train end-users on business-critical tools such as Monday.com, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and PackageX Receive
    • Serve as the go-to resource for ensuring these applications are used efficiently and effectively
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders across departments to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
    • Translate business needs into technical requirements and implementation plans
    • Assist with mission critical building management systems, financial systems, HR systems and more
  • Vendor and Integration Management
    • Manage vendor relationships to ensure accountability, performance, and alignment with internal goals
    • Define and oversee integrations across systems to enhance security, reduce manual tasks, and streamline operations
  • Architecture, Data, and Reporting
    • Understand software and data architecture to guide system design and troubleshoot issues
    • Generate and analyze reports to support business insights and operational decisions
    • Create UML diagrams, ERDs, and define workflows as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or internal tools environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with strategic product roadmapping, stakeholder prioritization, and product delivery frameworks
  • Working knowledge of APIs, authentication methods (tokens, scopes, secrets), and integration best practices
  • Ability to define and communicate vision and strategy to diverse audiences
  • Experience with workflow documentation and basic database modeling (e.g., UML, ERD)
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • User-centric mindset with a passion for solving real-world operational problems

Preferred Qualifications

  • CSPO or equivalent product certification
  • Familiarity with Mendix or low-code/no-code platforms
  • Understanding of prioritization frameworks such as RICE
  • Some experience with SQL or retrieving data from legacy system
