What type of jobs are offered by Smith Johnson Tech?

Smith Johnson offers direct hire, contract and contract-to-hire employment positions with many of our clients. We are IT specialists and have the ability to best help our candidates in these areas.

How will I get paid, and how often?
Our employees are paid semi-monthly on the 10th and 25th of each month. Employees are generally paid via direct deposit to a financial institution of your choice.
What benefits do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of benefits to our employees, including health, dental, life, long-term disability, accidental death & dismemberment insurance coverage and a retirement plan with matching employer funds up to 3%.

Certain partnerships with our clients may include paid time off as an added benefit to Smith Johnson employees.

How do I apply for a job listed with Smith Johnson?

Click the following link which takes you to our “Find a Job” page.

Most of our open jobs are listed.  If there is a job you are qualified for and interested in, click the job title to open the job, click “Apply” and follow the directions.

If there isn’t a job you are interested in, submit your resume and it will be added to our resume database and when a job with your qualifications opens up, we will contact you.  We never send a resume to a client without contacting you first!

You may also contact one of our professional staff members and we will work with you directly.

How do I refer a friend?
Either contact one of our professional staff members or have your friend contact us. We have a referral program that pays you for any referral we place. For contract and contract-to-hire we pay $750 after your referral works 750 hours. Referrals where we place the person in a direct hire position, the referral fee varies.

One of the reasons Smith Johnson has been in business over 25 years is because we are honest and operate with a high level of integrity and can be trusted to professionally work with your referral.
