Role Description

The Senior Business Development Executive role is a full-time hybrid position. This is an outstanding opportunity for a self-driven, aggressive, results oriented person. The main responsibilities are: new business development- expanding our client base across the United States, lead generation, business networking, and account management.

Qualifications

• Proven New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong business acumen and communication abilities
• Experience in account management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities
• Strong sales mindset with great closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Prior experience in the staffing industry is a plus
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive base wage plus commissions
• Commissions are paid monthly; ability to earn up to 40% of net revenue produced
