Job Description

This is a contract with a great organization. As a contractor for Smith Johnson, you are eligible for medical, dental, life, disability. Smith Johnson pays for 70% of your medical and dental and 100% of life and disability. The contract is also eligible for PTO/holiday accrued monthly. You are also eligible for a 3% retirement matching plan. Smith Johnson believes in taking care of our contractors.

Job Description:

Senior Calypso developer (Eclipse, Java, MQ) with regional bank experience across the full trade lifecycle (front, middle and back office) for rates and commodities assets classes, Bloomberg, MarketWire, market data and DTCC/Anna-DSB swap reporting

  • Relevant Industry Experience in Banking/Finance/Trading

Qualifications:

  • Strong Calypso Development Experience
  • Experience in banking/Finance industry, ideally regional bank experience across full trade lifecycle (Front, Middle, and Back Office) Rates and Commodities Assets classes.
  • Experience with Bloomberg, Markewire, Market Data and DTCC/Anna-DSB swap reporting
  • Nice to haves:
    • Collateral Management
    • Accounting for FCM cleared exchange derivatives
