  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory, warehouse management, and ERP systems
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and adjustments as needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and reorder needs
  • Coordinate with procurement, facilities, engineering, and other teams to ensure materials are available when needed
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse, staging, and loading dock areas
  • Follow all safety, security, and material-handling procedures
  • Assist with moving heavy or sensitive equipment, including racks, batteries, power equipment, and other data center components
  • Participate in safety training, audits, and process improvement efforts
  • Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, organization, and workflow

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience
  • Experience using forklifts and other material-handling equipment, or willingness to obtain required certifications
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
  • Experience using inventory, ERP, or warehouse management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing 50+ pounds, as required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
  • Ability to follow strict safety and security procedures

Preferred Qualifications

The following experience is helpful but not required:

  • Previous experience in a data center, telecommunications, technology, or other mission-critical environment
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure equipment such as servers, racks, network equipment, batteries, or power systems
  • Experience with asset tagging, barcoding, RFID, or similar inventory-tracking technology
  • Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
  • Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or other warehouse/process improvement practices
  • Forklift, high-reach, or scissor-lift certification
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety and regulatory requirements

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • 100% on-site position; remote work is not available
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials
  • Work may involve warehouse, loading dock, and active data center environments
  • May work around server racks, raised floors, equipment areas, and other data center infrastructure
  • Must follow established security, access-control, and safety requirements
  • Occasional overtime, weekend, or off-hours work may be required to support critical projects or equipment deployments
