You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Smith Johnson, its Providers, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and officers harmless from any and all liability, including any legal fees and expenses that Smith Johnson may incur, as a result of your failure to notify Smith Johnson of your cancellation or change in mobile telephone number.
If you want to receive new job listings by email, you must register for Job Alerts on our website. When you create a Job Alert, you must supply your name, email address, phone number types of positions you are interested in. We then use this information to send you job listings that match your criteria.
- Children
If You are under 18, You may not use this website. This website is not targeted toward children under age 18 and Smith Johnson does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under age 18.
- Changes in Policy
Smith Johnson may modify this Policy at any time, and any modified version is effective immediately upon posting. You understand that all submissions made to Public Areas will be public and that you will be publicly identified by your name or login identification when communicating in Public Areas, and Smith Johnson will not be responsible for the action of any users with respect to any information or materials posted in Public Areas. All information submitted to by an end-user customer pursuant to a Program is proprietary information of Smith Johnson. Such customer information is confidential and may not be disclosed. Publisher agrees not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, distribute or commercially exploit any such proprietary information in any manner.
